CANCELLATION POLICY

At Godavari Specials, we deal with freshly prepared homemade food products. Due to the nature of our products, all orders are processed immediately after confirmation.

❌ Order Cancellation

Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.

This policy is in place because:

Products are freshly prepared or packed immediately
Ingredients and resources are allocated instantly
Orders are dispatched quickly to maintain freshness

📦 Order Modification

Changes to orders (items, address, etc.) are not guaranteed once placed. However, you may contact our support team immediately after placing the order, and we will try our best to assist if the order has not yet been processed.

💰 Refund Policy

Since cancellations are not allowed, refunds will not be issued for successfully placed orders.

Refunds are only applicable in the following cases:

Wrong item delivered
Damaged product received
Order not delivered
